Additional general functions

  • You can operate several TRAFFIQX® accounts via one main account. This function relieves central service teams that manage multiple locations or companies (affiliates).

Additional advantages for incoming documents

  • You can receive e-mails or scanned documents for further digital processing in your TRAFFIQX® inbox for further digital processing in your desired format (mail or scan to inbox).
  • Receipt of structured data and conversion to your individual desired format. This is charged once, depending on the effort involved (from 6 250 €).
  • Immediate and location-independent availability of incoming documents.
  • Assists in reading out images and converting them into processable data. Extraction, from known and unknown billers.
  • You have the option to manually add missing data and, through an additional function, to save the position data so that additional data can be automatically recognised in the future. In this way, the capture can be automated to a large extent step by step (capturing).
  • You can query additional online accounts from different providers (fetchdocs). This incurs additional costs from the third-party provider.
