Contents of the "Entry" package

Advantages when sending documents:

  • Send documents in a wide range of standard formats (for example: ZUGFeRD, XInvoice, PEPPOL, PDF, paper) as your customer requires.
  • Sending your documents via the standard channels (for example: e-mail, print, network or PEPPOL).
  • Save on sending classic print documents (printing, enveloping and postage).
  • Direct interface to DATEV Unternehmen Online. This means your tax advisor is always informed in good time.
  • Individually adjustable dispatch rules (for example: check from an amount X). This allows you to automate internal processes.

Additional advantages for you in document receipt:

  • Receive, upload or archive incoming documents via DATEV Enterprise Online. This considerably simplifies communication with your tax advisor.
  • Checking of incoming documents by several employees possible (PEP). Simply forward the document with a note to the colleague for processing.

Digitise actively

  • Connection campaigns for the automatic digitisation of your customers' document receipt via standard e-mail. (Changeover from letter post to e-mail dispatch at your company). This saves you money quickly and noticeably.
